when it comes to music, i like just about everything, except country....i like industrial, classic rock, heavy metal, techno, house, and everything else....
| Industrial---- | some of my favorite industrial bands are Lords of Acid, KMFDM, NIN, Prick, White Zombie, Marilyn Manson and Gravity Kills....i like to listen to this music when i am pissed or depressed, or just doing homework or whatever....it is all around good music...i dig the mix of heavy metal and techno beats |
| Goth--------- | goth music is really not what most people think it is.....i don't consider Manson and all those other bands to be goth....to me, goth is music that has some electronic roots, but isn't nessecarily that hardcore.....some good examples of gothic music, at least the way i see it, are Rasputina, PJ Harvey, Kidney Theives, Portishead, and Black Tape for a Blue Girl......all very neat and somewhat dark and disturbing music.... |
| Classic Rock---- | we all know what this is....just your good old mellow music, which can sometimes be pretty hardcore.... some of my favorites include Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd, the Beatles and a few others that are fleeting my memory at the moments....good for when you are just in a mellow mood....and just need to chill...... |
| Techno------ | this type of music is just usually electronic music with some vocal samples......some of my favorite artists in this category are the Chemical Brothers, the Crystal Method, DJ Keoki, Massive Attack, and Fluke.....good driving music........ |
| All That Other Stuff.... | umm....this category includes everything else in my cd collection, including Hole, Greenday, Garbage, Radiohead, Blur, L7, Sugar Ray, Babes in Toyland, Sublime, Veruca Salt, Elastica, The Thrill Kill Kult, Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer, and various other "alternative" bands..... |
